Please please please start watching Zoey’s extraordinary playlist. This is the best show that is broadcast right now. I cry happy and anguished tears with every episode. Plus there’s music! Music! You people love that shit! It is nothing but musical interlude after musical interlude! Please don’t let the show die

Love Zoey, only a few episodes in. It will make you cry. but it's a good cry honestly, because then another scene makes you laugh.
It's exactly the show you need!

I love that show, too. I save it for when I have time to really enjoy it.
Skylar Astin doesn't really do it for me in this one, but oh my god, he has an improvised solo on the original cast recording of Spring Awakening (a song called Touch Me) that really, really does. Really.

Have any of you watched Encore on Disney Plus? It is hosted by Kristen Bell, and it is about people who were in their high school musicals coming back together years later to do it again. I loved it.
Adding Zoey's to my list now!

I started re-watching Schitt's Creek. Weird and probably extremely unpopular opinion: Eugene Levy got hotter when he got older.

Today since it was a bright and sunny day we took a drive to Goodwood - home of Schitts Creek. The buildings look just like in the show. It's a very neat and tidy little town. We didn't brave the bakeshop there (it's supposed to be excellent but we weren't comfortable going in). That was today's adventure - that and getting Fish & Chips for supper.

What part of Canada is that in?

Southern Ontario, northeast of Toronto - about halfway between Inky and WOG, I think. An hour or so east of where I live, but the scene where Patrick proposed to David was filmed at a conservation area about 15 minutes west of my house (it’s beautiful, and you can go up the trail and look out for miles over the countryside. If I knew how to post a picture, I would!).

Ooh, my side of Canada! I mean, it's 10ish hours away, but eastern.

We started watching Tales from the Loop on Amazon Prime. If you watch it make sure you are wide awake because this series is slow as hell......

I tease dh about not watching scary stuff (like ghosthunters) when I'm not in the room - he says they bother him if he's alone.

I guess most of Bong Joon Ho's movies are on Hulu now? We watched Parasite last night. It was very good, he is truly excellent at tension and action scenes. A lot to chew on in this film

I really must rewatch Snowpiercer. I got about halfway through it a couple of years ago, and never picked it up again. Well, what else have I got to do with my time now? 😄

I splurged and watched "The Invisible Man" last night. It was so good! If you are OK with paying $20, I highly recommend it.

Just finished binge watching Tiger King. How utterly bizarre and sad. If anything comes from this, I hope a nationwide ban on big cat ownership is passed, especially performing and petting zoos. Horrific. One of the first things I wondered when I started watching it was what happened to the cubs when they got big enough to hurt someone? That guy Antle is just as bad as Joe Exotic but is smarter. Ugh

We are four episodes deep into Tiger King and I am perplexed at how much of the public sees Carole Baskin as a bad guy.

We are four episodes deep into Tiger King and I am perplexed at how much of the public sees Carole Baskin as a bad guy. You don't think she killed her husband? I totally do. I think the memes are mostly poking fun. Even being a potential murderer, I don't think she's as bad as the other tiger people. I do wonder how much "rescue" she does. I guess if she's not breeding them, that's a big plus in her favor. She still charges to get into her facility, but I think it's supposed to just be for care and feeding.
