There’s a peaceful protest happening right now outside the White House. The police just shot tear gas into the crowd - they knew it was going to happen because LEO put their gas masks on. Right before Agolf Twitler began his speech.

Deleted this because I embedded a tweet that was since deleted, and the post didn’t make any sense without it.

Hey, Puddleglum! Here’s how your “Christian” president manipulates real Christians for photo ops!

Interesting that so many 2A “tyranny of government” pearl-clutchers are suddenly fine with the president threatening to use military force against American citizens.

My sister's MIL responded to a post on FB stating that Floyd was "high on drugs and knowingly passing counterfeit bills." I can't even. Since when are either of those death penalty crimes?

And even if they somehow were, an individual cop is not judge, jury, and executioner. It’s the same old victim-blaming shit every. single. time.

I am tired of the “I’m not racist” types who have to type “ALL LIVES MATTER11!!!” Whenever somebody posts something about BLM.... it’s like they are trying not to be racist but they get triggered all to hell they have to spam that crap.
All I see is a person’s subconscious yelling “damn black people stop your bitching”.

Interesting that so many 2A “tyranny of government” pearl-clutchers are suddenly fine with the president threatening to use military force against American citizens. This. So much this. The president has no right to turn the military on citizens of this country. If governors and states feel they need aid then that is their choice to use their national guard troops. We do not throw the constitution out the window when the president gets upset. No. No.

I just saw a video from Seattle. It was taken by someone up high in a building, above the street which has been blocked off by barricades and a line of police. The protesters are chanting, then it looks like someone starts shaking the barricade, and the police start tear gassing and shooting.
It’s exactly the sort of thing I witnessed when I was in Chile years ago. When Chile was under a famously brutal military dictatorship.

No. No. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like anyone in a position to be able to do anything about it is actually willing to step up and do something. They’re all too busy licking Trump’s boots.

When bf was in Chile in November he got tear gassed while eating dinner. He was on the back patio and demonstrators were going down the road by the restaurant. There was a story on the news last night that some people in an apartment building downtown had to leave their homes because there was so much tear gas.
