You could totally omit the mushrooms. It would still be delicious! I made it as a side for chicken tonight. Beats rice a roni lol #lifewithkids

I cook it with mushrooms, and take them out of the girls'. Most of the flavor comes from the greens, and the cheese.

I made Inky's lasagne last week and it was a hit. I liked having one ready quickly for dinner and a second to put in to containers for lunches. I think DS ate lasagne for lunch every day last week.
Tonight after supper I threw a roast in. Two hours later I portioned that out in to containers for this week's lunches.

I used mine to make tamales. I love tamales and they are extremely difficult to find in the UK, so I made my own. I used the IP to make shredded chicken with tomatillo salsa for the filling, then used it to steam the tamales once I assembled them. It was still time-consuming and laborious, so next time I think I will make a ton of extras to freeze.
