This was chosen for my book club last year and I remember being all meh about it, until I READ it!! Seriously the best book I have read in a long time!
My sister who is a reluctant member of the same book club, and normally reads crime and espionage Clive Cussler, Lincoln Childs etc... LOVED it as well!

Shortly after I saw this post, sometime in late May, I checked out the e-book from my local library. I started reading it that evening. Finished it the next evening. I really enjoyed it! Thanks for the recommendation!

I put this on hold at my library when I read your recommendation, lilone. Only 18 more weeks to go, so I'll be back to this thread sometime in October.

Ha! Yes, I did. I think I mentioned it in the book thread, but not this one! It was a very sad, very well written book.

My bio sister gave it to me when she came up to visit a couple of years ago. I just passed it on a couple of weeks ago. Very good book.
