Sorry, I don't have it. I did a fairly deep online search and couldn't find it. I searched the catalogs of several semi-local library systems and none of them have it, either.
Maybe other members can search their local library systems? When do you need it?

Worldcat.org has it listed as being in about 70 US libraries. Doesn't include mine, but maybe others? Or Marian, maybe you can see which ones and see if you know anyone who lives in those areas.

Or perhaps even just call and ask someone at one of those libraries to take a photo and email it to you. Seems like something a research librarian would probably be willing to do. |

Of course I checked WorldCat. Unfortunately, we don't order from there anymore because of the expense. Not of the borrowing, but because of the bank fees for dealing in foreign currency
