Good news/bad news. The bad news is that I said I was down 6 pounds, but numbers are hard; it was only 4. But now I'm down 5. (That's the good news!)

I stagnated in losing weight last year and started losing again. I started using a “check off” sheet to remind myself how far I’ve come and how close I am. Well close to one goal I have another after this one

That's great! I went up 1.5 pounds for NO REASON AT ALL (maybe it was the banana?) But it came back off, so in two weeks I'm down 7 pounds

I've been away camping (and eating) (and drinking) for the long May two-four weekend! I'm waiting until morning to weigh myself.

I am doing great. Really liking WW
Had a quick Health Assessment at work this morning and even though I am overweight, my blood pressure was perfect ( 115/77) and my Total Cholesterol was awesome too, 2.9 (anything under 3.5 is Desirable)
Must be all of the fish and fruits and veggies I have been eating! Good motivation to keep it going

My wife was going to donate her wedding dress to Goodwill until a friend said there was some group that uses it to make burial gowns for babies that are stillborn or die soon after delivery. She is looking at a group in Michigan. She can still wear the dress.

Tpatt! I'm inspired by your wife!
I had a great weekend away and indulged in amazing food, but it was mostly seafood and veggies (with a few treats and didn't gain an ounce! Yay
So my 3 week total loss is - 8.2 pounds
Going to try to hit the 10 pound loss milestone this week.

I spent a few hours yesterday cooking food for the week. I’m going to look into improving the process so I can bulk prepare a lot of the stuff ahead of the time instead of preparing it all each week. I like to make taco bowls for work so I’m probably going to cook a few weeks worth of ground turkey and freeze some of it and defrost some each week.
