It’s a great show! The creator, Jed Mercurio, also did Bodyguard a couple of years ago, with Richard Madden, and it’s just excellent.

Watched "Greenland" on Prime over the weekend. Granted, I'll watch anything with Gerard Butler in it, but it was far better than I was expecting lol. I thought Greenland was really good especially the first half. I am a sucker for doomsday movies because I like the “doom freak out” in the beginning. |

We're plugging away on Orange Is The New Black. I think we're on the second to last season. I'm dying to know how it ends! We finished Kims Convenience as our little 1/2 hours comedy (new episodes should be out soon) and I think we're going to watch Superstore with America Ferrera.

Also on Amazon Prime that I watched over the weekend, is 'Herself.' Content warning - domestic abuse. Some heavy material but it's an excellent movie beyond that.
ETA: Headful of Honey on Netflix was good, I thought.

We're plugging away on Orange Is The New Black. I think we're on the second to last season. I'm dying to know how it ends! We finished Kims Convenience as our little 1/2 hours comedy (new episodes should be out soon) and I think we're going to watch Superstore with America Ferrera. We watched the pilot of superstore and weren't overly impressed. I think we'll try and find a different half hour show. Kims convenience is so good but we have to wait for new episodes! |

I read somewhere that Your Honor with Bryan Cranston is supposed to be good - anyone here watch it? I watched the first 4 or 5 episodes and gave up. It was getting more and more ridiculous. Plus, the son was a really annoying character. |

I started to watch I Care A Lot on Netflix after hearing good things. I found it so emotionally upsetting that I quit about 20 minutes in.

Dh and I started watching Resident Alien on SyFy. We're loving it! There's only four episodes so far (it's on Wednesdays).

We started watching the new All Creatures Great and Small on PBS. I LOVED the James Herriot books and have read them all about a dozen times, so I know the story right down to dialogue. The new one departs significantly from the books, but they have made some positive changes. They've enlarged the role of Mrs. Hall (the housekeeper at Skeldale House) which is really well done, but they've also created Tristan in a much nastier way than he was in the books and I didn't like that. But DH hasn't read the books and he likes it, so I am hanging in there.

Tristan becomes more likeable as the season progresses, I found. And did you know that this was the first TV role for the actor who plays James? He’s so good, I wouldn’t have thought it’s practically his first job! I also like Helen very much. Overall, I really enjoyed the series and am excited for the second one.
