I think I have one. On the left side of my abdominal incision (had a hysterectomy a year and a half ago), I have tenderness and a burning/pulling sensation occasionally. If I lay down on my back, there is a lump I can feel under where it's sore and tender.
I can't feel a lump when standing up...probably due to my belly fat. 😐
Does this sound like a hernia?

Yes. Be very careful when lifting or bending over. You need to get that looked at. ((hugs))

So, the gyno thinks it's not a hernia as it's hard and doesn't push back in. She told me to wait and see if it resolves, but eff that. It hurts. I was able to get an appt. later today with my general.
