I’m watching Angel. All these years as a Buffy fan, and I’ve only seen a couple of episodes of Angel before. I have the dvds for both series.

I watched the first three, I think? seasons of Angel, and then my first child was born and I didn’t have the time or the energy to watch much TV. I do, however, remember the musical episode of Buffy being on when I was still in the hospital after Richard’s birth!

I started watching Supernatural from the beginning. I was going to pick up where I left off, but it had been so long that I really needed to go back to the beginning.

Stumbled upon this movie yesterday on Hulu, its on Prime Video as well. It’s creepy and a bit of science fiction. You have to pay attention though.

Doug and I are waiting patiently for the Valentine's Day premiere of Men In Kilts on Starz - Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish exploring the Highlands and Islands of Scotland!

I’m watching a strange movie called Vivarium. It’s very Black Mirror-ish.

Stumbled upon this Australian show called Bloom, its on Hulu now. It’s about a flood that killed several people from a town. A year later wherever a person died a special type of flower blooms at the spot of death and when the flower is eaten it makes the person young again, the catch is the effect is only temporary. So of course as can be expected people get desperate to keep the effect going. The first season is only six episodes and is on Hulu, the second season already came out but isn’t available yet. The series ended as planned with the second season.

I've gotten used to these series that only go one or two seasons and then end it. I kind of like it now.

Based on a recommendation from Mike Birbiglia, Doug and I watched In & Of Itself on Hulu last night. Wow. I need someone else to watch this so we can talk about it. It's a one man show/storytelling/magic/magical thing.

A local, independent station (CHCH from Hamilton, if you’re reading this, Inky!) is showing ER from the beginning - with 300+ eps it’s gonna take them a while to show all of them at two eps a week! Anyway, I’ve been watching, and it’s still such a good show. Really holds up even after 25 years. Tonight’s ep was the one when Mark Greene had to do an emergency c-section on a woman with eclampsia, and she ended up bleeding out. Such a powerful episode 😥

ER is my number one favorite all time show. I just finished watching it from beginning to end on Hulu, it took about a year. Quality television for sure. There was a lot I had forgotten.

I love ER. I can get lost in a marathon whenever it’s on.
I remember when that eclampsia episode originally aired. We had a lively discussion at work the next day, because no ER keeps a pregnant patient. They get sent to ob asap. EOD
