DH started The Wild (or Wilds??) on Amazon Prime and really likes that. A bit of Lost, a bit of Lord of the Flies.

What NOT to watch: The Prom.
I love musicals. I have been in dozens of musicals. I made it about 12 minutes into The Prom. There are better songs on every episode of Bob's Burgers.

I couldn't get through the beginning to the storyline, which actually sounded like a good one. The songs were just so bad!

DH and I are binging on Abstentia on Amazon. I stayed awake for one episode too many last night to get through the first season, and now I'm paying for it. Season 2 binge begins tonight.

Two thumbs way up for Greta Gerwig's Little Women. So good! I have always had an affinity for the story, because I have three sisters, the oldest is totally a Meg, I'm a Jo, my beautiful sister Kathleen is an Amy and my baby sister Bernadette is a Beth. Gerwig's version is the best I've ever seen.

We watched the first episode of Peaky Blinders and really liked it. However, I think that I‘ll have turn turn on subtitles because the Irish accents are killing me. We watched all of it. It does take some time to get used to the accents. |

Having finished the first season of The Wilds DH sent an email to DD (who was going to start watching it) that said "It's too late for me! Save yourselves. It's another LOST!"
In other words, don't watch it! Then he reads the announcement that it will be getting a second season.
We really enjoy Kim's Convenience though. Kind of like a less edgy Schitts Creek.

We just finished Mrs. Maisel and Handmaid’s tale. We started Schitt’s Creek but that will take a minute to get through. I began watching the Crown tonight too.
I’m hopelessly behind on TV.

Tonight I watched The Book of Henry on HBO. (I think? Maybe Amazon Prime?) It was so good.
And I rewatched Me Before You and I think it's going into my list of favorite movies.
Also, I kinda liked The Prom. It made me laugh. It was hokey, so hokey, but the actress who played Emma was amazing.

Watched Wonder Woman 1984 and it was meh...... The lack of acknowledgment that WW rapes a male stranger was messed up but the movie overall was messed up lol....
